For more than 29 years, Karen has proudly called Kaua‘i home. Originally from Middle Tennessee, she moved to Hawai‘i to complete her studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology in 1995. Just two years later, she launched her full-time real estate career, and today she is a highly respected Broker with eXp Realty, one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate brokerages in the U.S.

Karen’s career has been defined by leadership, results, and a true passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. In 2005, she became Owner and Principal Broker of Aloha Island Properties, helping to guide their team through major projects including condominium developments and subdivision sales. After a decade of leading her own brokerage, she chose to refocus her energy on what she loves most: working one-on-one with buyers and sellers to help them achieve success.

Over her 28-year career, Karen has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer, a distinction she credits to her drive, dedication, and the personal attention she gives every client. She has been deeply involved in professional leadership, as a Past President of the Kaua‘i Board of REALTORS® (2009); voted Realtor Associate of the Year, and holds the prestigious CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation, the highest credential awarded to brokers and managers in the residential field. In addition, Karen has been previously honored with awards such as Corporate Business Woman of the Year and Best of Kaua‘i – Top 3 Realtor and Top 3 Brokerage.

Beyond real estate, Karen loves spending time with her husband, Kenny, and their girls.
