Wailua

Located on Kaua‘i’s scenic east side, Wailua borders the lively town of Kapa‘a and offers a blend of natural beauty and outdoor adventure. The area is most famous for the Wailua River, Kaua‘i’s longest river, stretching 20 miles from the mountains to the sea. Kayaking, boating, and paddleboarding are popular activities here, giving residents and visitors a chance to explore the lush landscapes that line its banks.
